Binding is when you press a key that ends up saying something for you on the screen. It can be done in just two steps:

1. Drop down your console (the '~' key under ESC)
2. Type /bind [key] say [whatyouwanttosay]

So for example: /bind p say ^3Nice shot!

When you would press the 'p' key, it would say Nice shot!
